The troubled Marko desperately tries to shake oﬀ his past, but after picking up a box of belongings from his ex-lover, he embarks on a surreal journey where the boundaries between delusion and reality are razor-thin, and where his daughter keeps appearing and disappearing. In a whirlwind pursuit, he comes face to face with an all-consuming raven. Will he manage to break free from the shadow of the raven and reconcile with his past?

This animated short-film was made using hand-painted techniques and premiered in Kortfilm Festival Leuven where it won the jury award for best animated short in 2024.

Production was done partly in Belgium and partly in Portugal.
